Contracts Administrator

Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: Alexandria, VA

US Citizenship: Required

Responsibilities:

• Provide contractual support to in-house management and Program Managers
• Monitor contract performance and funding
• Process modifications in the contract management system
• Interact with the Government Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative
• Perform Contract close-out in accordance with applicable regulations
• Negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements
• Coordinate various types of agreements and other contract/legal documents with other corporate functions, such as finance, accounting, subcontracts and procurement
• Support data calls, maintain compliance with federal requirements other agency audit requirements on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Experience working with various contract types, such as Award Fee contracts, cost reimbursement, fixed price, and T&M contracts
• Strong oral and written communication skills and computer fluency
