Job Title: Controller

Location: Knox, IN

Salary Range: $105,000-$115,000

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, managing capital expenditures, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll and purchase order approvals. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting within a 5-day timeline.
• Manage capital expenditures and track expenditures against budget.
• Oversee payroll processes, including approval and compliance.
• Review and approve purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years in a Controller or similar financial management role in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in PLEX ERP system and advanced Excel skills.
