Job Description

NAS Recruitment Innovation is seeking an exceptional and detail-obsessed copywriter/proofreader to join our remote-first organization. Reporting to the Creative Director and working within the Creative team, you’ll develop compelling, content-rich, error-free copy for a variety of internal and client projects. In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with creative strategists and designers to produce and edit content at a company that appreciates your efforts and rewards your dedication. Help bring ideas to life and shape the voice of our clients and our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and edit copy for client job descriptions, website pages, blog articles, social media ads, creative campaigns, etc.
  • Produce error-free, factual, organic, consistent written content in a variety of tones and for multiple audiences
  • Provide copy support for internal teams as necessary, including Sales & Marketing
  • Maintain high quality of work while adhering to tight deadlines and rush requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferably in communications, journalism, marketing, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of copywriting experience; ad agency or internal B2B/B2C experience a plus
  • A proactive mindset—someone who asks questions, seeks feedback, and takes initiative.
  • Strong command of the English language and mastery of grammar, structure, syntax, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; Figma/Adobe experience a plus
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and creative approaches
