Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (Hybrid)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions (on behalf of our client)

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Type: Direct Hire

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Three days in office, two days work from home)

Job Purpose:

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for creating and implementing an overall recruiting and marketing program for our client's facilities to decrease open positions and increase overall employee retention. This candidate must have healthcare recruiting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage applicants in ATS from initial application review, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up through to offer.
  • Build collaborations and partnerships with area schools including colleges, universities, high schools, career schools, and tech programs.
  • Prepare recruitment materials.
  • Develop and manage job requisitions and marketing strategies on company ATS as well as other applicant sources such as social media platforms, job boards, and community resources.
  • Work with outside partners to ensure applications are reviewed timely and candidates are screened for knowledge, skills, experience, and potential for lasting employment.
  • Work with hiring managers to master the details of open positions and understand candidates' qualifications.
  • Match candidates to our culture.
  • Attend job fairs and/or hiring events.
  • Monitor market trends and understand key factors in recruiting challenges.
  • Create and manage an exit interview process.
  • Track recruitment and hiring key indicators and generate related reports as needed.
  • Attend in-service programs, educational workshops, and meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 1 year of recent recruiting experience in the healthcare industry with a successful track record of sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement recruiting strategies in a systematic, organized, and timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good general health and free of communicable diseases.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
