Assist with coordinating voluntary initiatives with intermediaries to help prevent their services from being abused by piracy operators. Support legal research and drafting related to the intermediary program, including preparing reports, drafting reasoned and data-driven requests to be sought via voluntary agreements, and gathering information on specific intermediaries and their roles. Provide support for broader global content protection strategies, including conducting factual and technical research, monitoring relevant developments, and assisting in the preparation of reports and other materials. Collaborate with internal teams at the MPA/ACE and their members to facilitate the intermediary program and address legal or operational challenges. Manage assigned tasks and projects under the guidance of the Senior Vice President, ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Education and Experience Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Valid bar license, preferably in California or Washington, D.C. 2-3 years of experience practicing law, ideally in a law firm or in-house legal department where the client focus was on the entertainment industry.
