We’re building something new. And we need the right storyteller to bring it to life.Schumacher Homes , the largest custom on-your-lot homebuilder in the country, is hiring a Creative Director to lead the next chapter of our brand.
This is a rare opportunity to build a founder-led brand with purpose—in an industry overdue for a fresh voice.
Your mission: Work directly with our founder & CEO, Paul Schumacher , to turn his story, vision, and values into content that moves people—from dreamers to doers.
What you’ll do:
– Lead strategy + execution for Paul’s personal brand
– Build a content engine from scratch (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
– Ideate + create scroll-stopping content that educates, inspires, and drives action
– Test, post, and optimize content—then scale what works
– Hire and lead a team of creators once the foundation is solid
In the beginning, you’ll be hands-on: filming, editing, writing, and publishing. Over time, you’ll scale the system—and the team behind it.
