THIS ROLE IS COVERING A PARENTAL LEAVE

 

The Creative Services Design Manager is responsible for the overall direction, management, and execution for our client's creative projects. This includes developing and implementing creative strategies, overseeing the work of a team of creative professionals, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and implement creative strategies for all marketing and advertising campaigns
• Oversee the work of a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and producers
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all creative projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that creative projects are aligned with the company's overall business goals
• Represent the Creative Services department at internal and external meetings
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the creative industry

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a creative services management role
• Strong portfolio of creative work
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of creative professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
