Coverage Needed:
- January 1, 2026 - Ongoing
- Day, Swing, Night, Weekend shifts
- Standard 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts, flexible between 7:00 - 17:00
- Mix of 8, 10, 12, and occasional 16/24-hour shifts
- Full-time locums required, with continuous coverage
- Call required: 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month
- Option to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday regular shift every 3 months in place of one call option
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Operating Room (OR)
- 17 Main Operating Rooms, 7 Day Surgery Centers, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
- Supervision-based anesthesia; independent role available at nearby location with OB requirement
- Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Procedures: Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI
- Exclusions: No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB
- Level II Trauma cases; CRNAs perform Spinal Blocks, not Regional Anesthesia/Blocks
- Occasional arterial lines; no epidurals or central lines
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio
Requirements:
- NBCRNA
- Idaho required, open to licensing
- DEA and CSR
- Minimum Experience: 1 year (6 months considered as minimum)
- Experience: Epic preferred
