About the Role: Were searching for a dynamic and competitive individual who excels at turning opportunities into long-lasting relationships. If youre knowledgeable about insurance products and industry trends, and can effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs, we want you on our team. In this role, youll play a key part in developing strategies, establishing quotas, and enhancing our agencys growth.
What Were Looking For:
Licenses: Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills.
Traits: Energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded with a strong dedication to customer service.
Experience: At least 1 year of State Farm experience is preferred.
Attributes: Self-motivated, able to build authentic customer relationships, and skilled in answering questions and addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture customer relationships while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Address inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, and claims.
- Educate customers on insurance options through a needs-based review process.
- Use exceptional communication skills to meet customer needs and contribute to our agencys business growth.
