Job Summary

Quenchit Soda Lehi is currently looking for great people who can work mornings between 7am and 3pm Mon thru Fri (or varying hours between those times) No weekends or holidays required! Employees will be required to make drinks, take orders, and provide great service with a smile. We hire happy people who enjoy serving others to make customers smile. Our products are custom made in local bakeries and mixed for happiness in a cup. We train each person to follow our recipes and processes to make a trip to Quenchit Lehi a speedy and happy experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Service Sales people focus on speed and accuracy to make the best drinks in Lehi.

• Accurately and quickly mix the drink orders placed with the proper syrups, purees, and/or creams.
• Process orders accurately with a smile on our point of sale equipment.
• Deliver orders in proper sequence so each customer has their expectations exceeded.
• Maintain the highest standards of Food Safety and strictly follow food handlers procedures.
• Properly clean food prep surfaces, preparation utensils, floors, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Complete each shift with speed, accuracy, and above all, having fun while serving the customer!

Qualifications and Skills

We will teach and develop all successful applicants who want to work serving drinks and snacks with a smile!

• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Adaptability to fast paced drink production environment
• Ability to adjust to unique orders and think quickly
• Strong technology experience with tablets and touchscreen equipment
• Desire to learn new things and follow proprietary recipes
• Honesty and integrity in processing customer orders
