Job Description
Purpose
The Customer Service Coordinator ensures a smooth customer experience by handling order entry, booking freight, and managing customer communication regarding order and delivery status.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
Enter order details into the system, ensuring all information is correct.
Freight Coordination
Book freight for customer orders based on delivery timelines and shipping requirements.
Coordinate with logistics providers to confirm pickup and delivery.
Customer Communication
Provide customers with order and delivery status updates.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a clear and professional manner.
Resolve basic delivery issues or escalate to the appropriate team when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Attention to Detail:
Accurate data entry and careful review of shipping information.
Basic Office Software Proficiency:
Comfortable using tools such as Excel, email, and order management systems.
