Key Responsibilities:
**Position will be located in Dallas, Texas area 3PL Liaise and negotiate with Customers to ensure Customer Satisfaction and to work with the team to achieve customer schedule adherence. **

What You’ll Do:
???? Liaise with customers and negotiate to ensure satisfaction and schedule alignment
???? Build local document systems and manage customer orders with precision
???? Collect and analyze data to generate accurate operational reports
???? Provide solutions, resolve escalations, and support operations using established systems
???? Handle special orders and ambiguous delivery requests with care and clarity
???? Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices
???? Stay updated through training and development opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
???? Bachelor’s Degree
???? 3+ years’ experience in automotive customer service
???? Excellent communication skills in English
✈️ Able to work and travel independently
???? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
