Data Analyst - Workday
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday and Resources Client
• Develop and implement manual controls/mitigation strategies to address known data-related gaps and deficiencies.
• Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes.
• Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision-making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
• May be involved in exploratory data analysis and confirmatory data analysis.
• Deals with complex and highly variable issues.

Skill:

• Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques.
• Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis – identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday and Resources Client
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.
• Highly proficient in MS Office – Excel
• HR technology experience a plus
