Job Description

Position: Remote Data Entry Specialist (Contract - 6-8 Weeks)

We are seeking two detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Specialists to join a healthcare organization on a temporary 6-8 week contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately reviewing and entering medical evaluation data into an existing system while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze a high volume of medical evaluations.
Accurately input data into the designated database.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth data handling.
Safeguard sensitive information by strictly adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
Understand and interpret medical terminology to ensure precise data entry.
Perform data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Microsoft Dynamics, as part of your daily tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Dynamics.
Ability to maintain an organized and efficient workflow, even with high-volume tasks.
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6-8 weeks
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, with flexible shift options (either 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
Start Date: Immediate (Monday, November 4th)

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
High attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
Prior experience in organizing data and maintaining well-structured filing systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly via email.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Experience working independently as well as within a team environment.
