Job Description

A top Midstream Oil & Gas company in downtown Houston is seeking a Data Records Management contractor to join their team in support of a Data Migration initiative. This individual will be responsible for sorting through hard copies and old records and scanning those into the system. They will also be utilizing the network to figure out where certain records are if already scanned. The main scope is taking hard copies and organizing it with a cover letter, putting metadata on it, so that when it is scanned it already has the metadata tied to it.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive Excel experience (Pivot tables and V-LOOKUPS)

Records management experience

Experience can come from teaching/education

Great written and verbal communication

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
