This position demands that the candidate possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. After starting, you will also need to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph or an equivalent clearance for each government agency involved with AWS work.
A typical day as an Amazon Dedicated Cloud Engineer (ADCE) will involve coordinating with internal service teams, managing system health and status, troubleshooting configuration and networking issues, supporting complex customer challenges, influencing system design improvements, and providing on-call support when necessary.
