Dedicated Nighttime Truck Driver for O'Reilly Auto Parts

Average Pay: $1,700-$1,925 weekly

Home Time: Daily

Experience: All CDL holders

Join our team and make a difference as a dedicated nighttime truck driver, transporting auto parts in liftgate trailers. This position offers job stability, with the opportunity to earn a guaranteed weekly pay and enjoy daily home time!

• Transport auto parts in liftgate trailers.
• Engage in 100% hand unloading using an electric pallet jack.
• Manage 6 loads per week with 8-12 stop-offs for each load.
• Drive within MA, ME, NY, and VT; we do not require travel to New York City.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Enjoy mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
• Benefit from a weekly guarantee of at least $1,700.
• Qualify for performance-based pay weekly.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced drivers, paid over 12 months;
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 months;
• Receive paid orientation.
• Earn paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay annually.
• Annually, earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay as a bonus.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Evening driving is a requirement for this position.
• HazMat endorsement is required at the time of hire.
• If you need a HazMat endorsement, inquire about our online certification and reimbursement options.
• Candidates should live within 70 miles of Devens, MA.
