Job Title
Customer Service Representative

Responsible to
Service Manager

Position
Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for the daily operation of the route or task that has been assigned.

Primary Areas of Responsibilities
Deliver and pickup of linen from customers.
Efficient routing and servicing of customer.
Develop and maintain customer relationships in a manner conducive of insuring and maintaining customer satisfaction at or above the stated goal.
Operate a truck in a safe manner.
Utilization of all pertinent company systems and processes of paperwork and service functions.

Primary Tasks
The delivery and pick up of customer's product.
Maintaining the delivery areas within each account.
The efficient servicing and routing of customers.
Maintaining accurate inventories by line item within each account.
Communicate with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
The accurate completion and follow up of paperwork including:
Invoice adjustments.
COD Procedures
Soil tickets
Trip sheets
Truck inspection forms
The protection of company assets.
Insure all elements of predictive service are in use at the customer level.

Training Requirements
Must complete and pass drivers/ safety training course.
Must understand and explain customer the STS Service Philosophy.
Must understand and explain the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Must complete all modules of the Service Dept. Training Outline:
Plant and office orientation.
Product knowledge.
Primary route process and procedures.
Final Exam.

Position Requirements
Must demonstrate basic English, math and reading skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities:
Lift repetitively and or carry 60 pounds
Reach up to seven feet
Walk two miles per day
Bend up to 120 times per day to pick up clean and soiled linen
Must be able to work outside for extended period in heat and cold.
Must maintain a valid driver license.
Must maintain a valid DOT card and pass physical.
Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Must present a professional appearance.
Must be willing to work holidays, weekends or nights.
Must maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
