Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Growth Consultant to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who understands local business challenges and knows how to guide owners toward the right marketing solutions. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects—leading consultative sales calls, identifying needs, and recommending the right LaunchLocal services to help them reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound efforts

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, pain points, and current marketing efforts

• Recommend tailored marketing packages and solutions based on client needs

• Present proposals, close deals, and hand off accounts to the marketing coordinator team

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and collaborate with internal teams

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Stay current on digital marketing trends and tools to bring value to every conversation

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing sales or agency business development

• Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, websites, and CRM-based marketing

• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills

• Comfortable talking to small business owners across industries

• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven

• Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms is a plus
