Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in Fisher Investments’ Global Private Client Marketing Group, you'll develop direct response digital media campaigns to reach prospective clients outside the US on some of the largest and most advanced advertising platforms in the world, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and Taboola. Our formal training and mentorship program will teach you how to manage a budget, produce and analyse results, partner with our creative team to develop digital ads and learn valuable technological skills for this critical position.

The Opportunity:

Digital Marketing Specialists are a part of the Global PCG Marketing Digital Media group, which helps provides high-quality leads to our International Private Client Group sales teams. You will report to the International Media Buyers Team Lead. We are a fun, flexible and dedicated to developing our people and helping as many families achieve their retirement goals as possible.

The Day-to-Day:

• Create and improve direct response-oriented digital media campaigns with the world's largest digital ad platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more)
• Develop and test new targeting tactics including custom audiences, lookalike modelling and more
• Analyse data to identify micro/macro trends, then build digital media campaigns capitalising on the trends you've observed
• Partner with our internal creative agency, fishtank, to develop digital ads that deliver the right message to the right person at the right time
• Adhere to all privacy regulations and policies
• Collaborate with our Strategy & Planning teams that create marketing plans for each country for to find strategic solutions to meet client acquisition needs and increase scale to meet business demands

• Experienced managing complexities and enjoy problem solving

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $80,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
