Join our growing team of Chicago Area Direct Marketing Associates!

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and the communities we serve. We are looking for a Direct Marketing Associate in the greater Chicago area!

We seek an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining us?

This position offers uncapped commission plus base pay. Successful candidates can earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . Starting base pay is $20/hour , depending on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will share specific details during hiring.

Purpose

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role offers a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.


2. Transport to territories and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.


3. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.


4. Maintain professionalism, appearance, and required permits.


5. Attend meetings as required.


6. Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.


7. Master product knowledge and promotional offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Valid Drivers License with a clean record


• Minimum age of 18


• Reliable transportation


• Strong verbal communication skills


• Goal-oriented and self-motivated


• Comfortable using tablets and multiple platforms


• Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily
