Job Opportunity: Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions

C3 AI is hiring Directors/Senior Directors for Strategic Solutions. This is a quota-carrying sales role that offers opportunities for career development. As a Director/Senior Director of Strategic Solutions for the State & Local Government market, you will help government entities achieve their digital transformation goals by leveraging C3 AI's suite of applications to address challenges such as resource allocation, public safety, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

1. Consult with State & Local Government clients to understand, structure, and implement digital transformation strategies.
2. Develop high-value AI use cases and roadmaps tailored to the public sector.
3. Build strategic relationships with government officials and stakeholders to support their digital transformation objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product offerings for the public sector.
5. Drive business development and maintain strategic account relationships within the State & Local Government market.
6. Manage customer engagement plans and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives.
7. Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time or more, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, business, political science, public health, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in management consulting for public sector agencies.
3. 5+ years of experience in state & local government, defense & intelligence, or related fields is highly beneficial.
4. Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
5. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to execute tasks precisely and quickly.

California Base Pay Range: $160,000 — $185,000 USD
