Key Responsibilities:
Quality Care: - Provide personalized and high-quality training sessions for dogs based on their individual needs.
- Foster a positive and enriching environment that ensures the well-being of all dogs in our care.

- Soft People Skills:
- Interact with pet owners, understanding their goals and concerns, and effectively communicate training plans.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a harmonious and supportive work environment.
- Display patience, compassion, and kindness in all interactions with both pets and their owners.
- Sales:
- Communicate the value in our programs and/or classes that instill confidence in our curriculum, thus leading to sales and a robust pipeline of future clients.
- Be able to meet and exceed goals and objectives set forth by management.
- Provide lasting positive reviews and experiences that happy customers will share in order to further promote the business.
- Actively be able to promote the department and engage future customers to create and subsequently follow up on leads.
- Collect and post engaging social media content to drive inquiries and sales.
- Administrative:
- Oversee the administrative process for customers, including handling communications, managing bookings, maintaining notes, and processing necessary forms.
- Utilize the standard operating system to book reservations, and accurately track notes and records.
- Manage the training schedule and calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of sessions.
- Collaborate with the Front Desk team to efficiently manage peak-period and holiday reservations.
- Cleanliness:
- Utilize the tools and products provided to maintain a clean and hygienic facility.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the campus, ensuring it remains inviting for both pets and their owners.
- Fun:
- Infuse joy and excitement into each training session, making it a positive experience for both dogs and owners.
- Work collaboratively with the team to organize and participate in activities that enhance the overall enjoyment of our canine guests.
- Strive to create lasting value for both pet owners and their furry companions through engaging and stimulating interactions.
Qualifications:
3+ years proven experience in dog training, with a focus on positive reinforcement methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for dogs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Administrative responsibilities to manage and organize customers, follow ups, and go home packages while coordinating with the front desk to ensure no detail is missed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences.
