Job Description

Private couple with one teenager at home (and 4 other children away at school) in Upper Brookville, NY is looking hire a Domestic Couple (Live-in or Live-out) for their 14,500 square feet residence. There is a lovely separate cottage on the property for the couple to reside in. One teenage child resides at home with the couple and there are no pets in the home.

Daily responsibilities include:
* Housekeeping
* Home organization
* Laundry 
* Simple cooking
* Schedule and maintain contractors in the home
* Driving Principle (s) to the airport etc. and driving/picking kids up from college
* Flower arranging
* House management 
* Grocery shopping and errands 
* Serve and assist with parties including preparation 
* Maintain inside and outside of the residence
* Handyman work 
* Maintain pool and outside furniture area during the summer season

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner, Plain Cooking Required
• Laundry: Family Laundry
• Ironing: Yes
• Errands: 2/3 times a wk Grocery Shopping, pick up dry-cleaning, 
• Driving: Car Available for Position
• Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours/Days: - 9am - 5/6pm....Wednesday - Sunday off Monday and Tuesday
• Languages: English
• Experience: 5+ Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 DOE
• Living Accommodations: Separate cottage on the property
• Vacation: Yes
• Health Insurance: Yes....stipend towards your own plan
