What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as the primary point of contact and case consultant for clients on e-discovery projects
• Discover and interpret the needs of clients and consult on appropriate methodologies
• Manage internal processes and communicate with other departments to achieve client goals
• Monitor the work of Client Services team members to ensure client needs are met
• Report project and team information to the Regional Client Services Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an e-discovery environment; hosting services experience is a significant plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple processes
• Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert
• Experience with multiple processing and hosting platforms
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
