Job Description

Our client is seeking Electrical Assemblers to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler you will be part of the Electrical Assembly Department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, self-motivated and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

 Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Location: Mentor, Ohio
Pay Range: $20-$23/hour based on experience
Shift: 1st shift hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm; 2nd shift hours: Monday through Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and work orders to identify components and understand wiring requirements.
• Assemble and install electrical components, such as a breakers, relays, contactors, and terminals, in enclosures (also referred to as panels).
• Properly route, identify, and terminate wires using appropriate tools (e.g., wires, strippers, crimpers, torque wrenches).
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards. 
• Able to manufacture products based on the Bill of Materials & other documentation.

What’s Needed?

• 1 Year of experience in an assembler role required; electrical assembly a plus!
• Technical Degree or training preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
