As a key member of the team, you will execute dynamic email marketing campaigns and contribute to the overall strategy to engage and inspire our audience.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building data extensions, creating and deploying emails in Email Studio, and developing personalized journeys in Journey Builder. While Salesforce certification is not required, a solid understanding of the platform's tools and best practices is essential to help drive our mission forward.

Acts Housing's communication strategy is to build loyalty and engagement with a number of target audiences, including supporters and donors, Families in coaching, Community partners, home buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities will begin with:
• Build creative and inspiring content for emails, using internal content, family stories, external sources and incorporating personalization and dynamic content
• Track and communicate results, success metrics, and recommendations for optimization
• Execute A/B testing and contribute to test planning strategies
• Work within the Acts Communication calendar and maintain an elevated level of excellence in communication with external target audiences
• Ability to build complex and simple journeys and work with our external consultants and internal IT department to integrate with our Salesforce environment
• Demonstrate a growth-orientated mindset and the ability to present ideas for development to Acts leadership
Experience needed for this role:
• High school diploma/GED with relevant experience, required; or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, with applicable experience preferred
• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in building customer journeys and executing and building emails within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing Journey Builder and Email Studio, preferred
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and email concept creation
• Experience in a non-profit marketing environment is a bonus, but not required
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and have acute attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to infer and apply learnings
• Support the organization with process improvements for Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
