Job Description

Fast growing online women's boutique is searching for a creative and assertive Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a fashion lover who is skilled in the latest Email/SMS and Digital Marketing trends. This position can be fully remote for the right candidate, or on-site for local canidates.

Overview:

Design and manage email marketing campaigns and flows
Create SMS campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
Create graphics for email and SMS campaigns
Work directly with the social media team to create content that reaches our target audience through consistent brand messaging
Manage Facebook VIP page by giving exclusive access through sneak peeks to sales and collections
Update photos and other website content

Email/SMS:

Design, manage, and schedule daily email marketing campaigns
Manage automated email marketing flows and list segmenting
Follow and develop strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, open rate, click through rate, and revenue through this channel
Create engaging content that follows the brand messaging guide
Design, manage, and schedule weekly SMS/ MMS marketing campaigns
Manage deliverability across all email domains

Qualifications:

Graphic design experience required
Copy writing skills
Love of fashion and knowledge of the latest fashion trends
Experience working with email and SMS platforms, Klaviyo experience is a huge plus
Proactive
Passionate about marketing
Marketing/ Social Media degree
Background in social media/ digital marketing space with proven results
Ability to develop and maintain customer base, engagement, and revenue in assigned channels
E-commerce apparel experience preferred but not required
