🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent plaintiffs in individual and class action employment matters
- Handle claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage theft, retaliation, and PAGA
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take/defend depositions
- Communicate directly with clients and help shape litigation strategy
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 🎓 J.D. and licensed to practice in California
- 📅 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- ✍️ Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- 🔥 A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven practice
- 💬 Confident, compassionate communicator with a passion for employee rights
💰 Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000
- Hybrid work model based in Los Angeles
