Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
APICS or relevant supply chain certifications (CPP, CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, planning, or a related supply chain function.

Lead complex purchasing activities for key project materials and equipment—from planning and sourcing to order execution and delivery.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and compliance while negotiating favorable pricing and terms.
Coordinate logistics and transportation strategies to deliver materials on time to job sites while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Serve as the primary contact between internal teams and external suppliers, providing clear communication and real-time updates on material status.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks and proactively proposing solutions, including alternate sourcing, expediting, or adjusting delivery strategies.
Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement data, monitor inventory needs, and ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making.
Resolve issues related to discrepancies, quality concerns, or delays, partnering closely with internal teams and suppliers to achieve resolution and maintain momentum.
Support strategic sourcing efforts , including RFx execution, cost analysis, and inventory planning to enhance operational performance and value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, planning, and supply chain quality teams to align purchasing with business goals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
Advanced negotiation, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Self-starter with exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and decision-making ability.
Willingness to travel up to 25%; valid driver’s license required.
