What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Account Executive , you'll be the bridge between our company and the families we serve. Your day-to-day involves:

• Meeting with pre-qualified clients (no cold calling or door knocking)

• Understanding their needs and recommending tailored benefit options

• Educating clients on their benefits in a clear, respectful way

• Following up with clients and maintaining long-term relationships

• Working independently and as part of a supportive team

• Participating in ongoing training and leadership development
