What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Account Executive , you'll be the bridge between our company and the families we serve. Your day-to-day involves:
Meeting with pre-qualified clients (no cold calling or door knocking)
Understanding their needs and recommending tailored benefit options
Educating clients on their benefits in a clear, respectful way
Following up with clients and maintaining long-term relationships
Working independently and as part of a supportive team
Participating in ongoing training and leadership development
