We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Campaign Support Specialists . This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience helping nonprofits run effective outreach and fundraising campaigns that make a real community impact.
No prior experience needed — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
Assist with planning and executing community outreach and fundraising events
Engage with the public to share nonprofit missions and encourage support
Help coordinate materials, set up event spaces, and manage logistics
Track campaign progress and assist with reporting results
Collaborate closely with team members to meet campaign goals
Who You Are
18+ and able to work full-time, in person
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with people face-to-face
Strong communicator with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
Passionate about helping nonprofits and creating positive change
