We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the legal field and who who want to work remotely when possible. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative and legal tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office while gaining experience in landlord/tenant law.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to legal staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
• Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and coordinating tasks among team members.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents with courts or other relevant agencies.

Experience

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
• An interest in pursuing a career is optimal but not necessary; previous experience in a legal environment is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
