IDR is rapidly expanding our Recruiting & Account Management teams in the Nashville office in January 2026. Both Recruiting and Account Management are sales roles, the main difference is who you are selling to. Recruiters connect with talent, while Account Managers are on the B2B side interacting with businesses. We start everyone in the recruiter role with the opportunity to progress in either recruiting or account management.

Overview

The Role of a Recruiter: to find and attract top technical talent to meet the needs of our clients in a competitive technical staffing market, focusing on building relationships and staying connected with top talent in the market.

Responsibilities

• Recruiter: find and attract top technical talent to meet client needs, focusing on relationship-building and talent engagement in a competitive market.
• Account Manager: drive new business development and sell services to companies of all sizes; act as liaison between end client and recruiting team once a client base is established.

Growth

• Our organic growth model: all Sales Managers, Directors, and Executives started as entry-level recruiters and progressed based on merit.
• From day one, we provide tools and resources to jump-start careers, including mentorship, training, and a dedicated Recruiting Manager.
