Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $60,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Year 1: $60,000
Year 2: $80,000
Year 3: $102,000
Projected Sales Manager Earnings with commission:
Year 1: $75,000
Year 2: $105,000
