Entry-Level Sales: Recruiter/Account Manager at Insight Global. We hire elite entry-level sales candidates and promote within. Each employee starts as a Recruiter before earning a promotion to Account Management.

Base pay range

$43,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Roles

RECRUITER

The Recruiter builds the foundation for a successful sales career. You'll learn staffing and our services, and how to sell them to clients. Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Account Managers work with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies, researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services. They network, conduct meetings, and sell our services, gathering job requirements and collaborating with Recruiting to fill roles.

PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER

Professional Recruiters identify top talent, pair candidates with jobs, understand job seekers' experiences and goals, and maintain ongoing support after placement. Our Professional Recruiters accounted for over 80% of our placements last year.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $35,600 - $62,000 annually, dependent on location, with $5,000 in LTIPs. Upon promotion, base salary increases, plus car and cell allowances and uncapped weekly commissions. Opportunities to win sales contests with additional incentives.
