Responsibilities: • Successfully complete our comprehensive training program. • Guide buyers through the home-buying process, securing signed agreements and identifying suitable properties. • Advise sellers on listing strategies, converting consultations into active listings, and effectively marketing their homes. • Negotiate offers skillfully on behalf of both buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Host open houses to generate interest and attract potential buyers. • Proactively engage with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails to convert them into loyal clients. • Participate in weekly script practice to enhance communication and sales skills. • Commit to ongoing professional development, including weekly one-on-one coaching, team training sessions, and Partner Calls. Qualifications: • Virginia Real Estate License – Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Virginia real estate license. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, team members, and industry professionals. • Client-Centered Approach – A passion for guiding clients through their real estate journey while delivering top-tier customer service. • Proactive Mindset – Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to assess challenges, think critically, and navigate complex real estate transactions. • Time Management & Organization – Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
