Job Details
We are looking for someone with around 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal applicant should possess strong skills in research, writing, and analysis, along with a readiness to tackle intellectual challenges. A genuine enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to achieving excellence for our clients are essential. All members of our environmental team are involved in litigation, so a keen interest and some background in this area are crucial. Responsibilities will include representing clients in intricate environmental legal disputes, as well as providing guidance and support in areas like pre-litigation, compliance, administrative actions, and real estate due diligence. Familiarity with laws and regulations related to soil and groundwater issues, water quality, air quality, or climate change is advantageous, though it is not a strict requirement for the right individual.
