Are you the kind of person who thrives behind the scenes—keeping schedules tight, communications clear, and executives looking sharp? We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our senior executive.

This role is all about making things run smoothly. You’ll manage calendars, prep for meetings, handle emails, and create polished documents that help our executives show up informed and ready to lead.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• \tCoordinate calendars and schedule meetings

• \tPrepare materials and briefing documents for executive meetings

• \tRespond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

• \tDraft clean, professional slides, notes, and communications

🔹 What You need to Bring

• \tBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• \tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
• \tAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through
• \tExcellent written and verbal communication
• Strong work Ethic
