Job Title: Executive Assistant (Investment Banking/Financial Services)
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Hourly Rate: $30–40/hour
Experience Level: 5–8 years in Admin/Executive Support
Job Description:
We’re seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a global financial services firm in New York City. This fully onsite role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in high-performance, fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings
Arrange travel (Concur experience is a plus)
Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence
Plan events and handle special projects
Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
✅ Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Executive or Administrative Assistant roles
EA experience in the banking/financial industry is highly preferred
Proficient with travel and calendar management tools
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
