United Talent Staffing is seeking an Executive Assistant - Legal to join the Hope Gas team at their Morgantown, WV location.

This position will be an experienced Executive Assistant to C-Suite level executive and legal teams. The Executive Assistant will provide full service administrative and organizational support, documents management, supervision of administrative team members, and board level materials preparation and management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proactively and expertly support a team of executives.
• Administrative needs, including presentation materials preparation, travel and events support.
• Legal team filings, documents management, calendar organization and various communications with government agencies and third parties.
• Taking of meeting minutes, posting, and management of materials for the Board of Directors.
• Other various administrative and organizational tasks.
• Opportunity to additionally serve as Assistant Corporate Secretary.
• The team member in this role will: supervise certain administrative projects.

Main Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Diligent, and document management software necessary. Paralegal or other legal team support experience preferred.
• Ability to be trusted with highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work well and efficiently with multiple team members.
• Flexibility, independence, and a can-do attitude is a must.
• Team Player
• Exceptional communication skills
• A high-level professional able to be an outward face of the company and interact daily with executive and board-level as well as other employees.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in executive administrative support roles.
  • Paralegal experience preferred
  • Notary preferred
