About the Role

Diversified Education Services (DES) is seeking talented Executive Functioning Coaches to work one-on-one with students in their homes . Our students are bright, motivated, and often have ADHD, learning differences, or executive functioning challenges.

This position is perfect for teachers or learning specialists who want to move beyond the classroom and work directly with students who truly benefit from individualized support.

What You’ll Do

• Coach students in organization, time management, planning, and study skills
• Help students break down assignments, manage priorities, and build academic confidence
• Communicate progress and strategies to families and our leadership team
• Travel to clients’ homes in one or more of the towns listed above

Qualifications

• Current or prior teaching certification (Special Education preferred)
• Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
• Demonstrated success working with middle or high school students (elementary or college experience also valued)
• Comfortable supporting up to 5th-grade math
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build authentic connections
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Additional Details

• Independent contractor position (not an employee role)
• Responsible for own taxes and transportation
• This is an in-person position — remote work is not available
