This role is located at our Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming!

$80-$90k plus 12.5% guaranteed End of Season Bonus, as well as an additional 12.5% performance bonus.

As the Executive Pastry Chef, you’ll bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our pastry and baking operations while helping to shape unforgettable guest experiences across our dining venues.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all pastry operations, ensuring recipes, portioning, and preparation align with White Lodging standards and health regulations.
• Manage daily pastry and dessert production across outlets and contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Inspect, store, and maintain all food products to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Control food and labor costs by maintaining schedules, production efficiency, and limiting waste or overtime.
• Train, mentor, and develop culinary and stewarding team members with a focus on growth and internal promotion.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture while consistently seeking feedback and enhancing guest satisfaction scores.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in pastry, baking, chocolate work, bread making, and plated dessert preparation.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team in a high-volume, high-expectation culinary environment.
• Culinary education or equivalent experience in upscale or luxury kitchens preferred.
• Knowledge of cost controls, inventory management, kitchen equipment, and basic computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and a creative approach to menu planning and execution.
