This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2+ years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. Position Summary: We’re looking for experienced, full-time gutter installers who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and want to be part of something bigger than just a job. You’ll be installing high-quality gutter systems, working outdoors, and building real craftsmanship into every home you touch. Key Responsibilities: Install K-style, half-round, and fascia-style gutters on residential homes Measure, cut, and securely fasten gutters and downspouts Maintain a clean and safe job site Use ladders, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely Communicate clearly with homeowners and crew members Follow our systems, training, and quality standards What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in gutter installation or related trades (roofing, siding, etc.) Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops in all seasons Strong work ethic, team mindset, and professional attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Bonus if you have OSHA certification or ladder safety training Compensation & Opportunity: $25–$30/hour depending on experience, with opportunity for percentage pay Career growth through our Skills Ladder™ training program Performance-based raises and promotions Why Work With Us: We believe tradespeople should have a career path—not just a job We offer structure, support, and upward mobility You’ll join a team that values culture, craftsmanship, and community You’ll be part of a national brand with local leadership and real opportunity If you're looking for more than just a paycheck and want to build a career in a company that values your growth—this is the place.
