Position : Extruder Operator
Location : Granite Falls, NC
Shift : 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Rotating Schedule)

We’re seeking an  Extrusion Operator to join our fast-paced production team. If you have a strong mechanical background, attention to detail, and experience working with plastic or metal extrusion lines , we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do :

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery

• Perform quality checks and adjust settings as needed

• Maintain safety and production standards

• Troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime

What You Need :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred 
• Experience with extrusion processes (plastic, rubber, or metal) preferred 
• Strong understanding of machine operation and production metrics
• Ability to read technical drawings/specs
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and bend frequently
• Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
