Salary: $23.50 an hour

Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who is in search of Extrusion Operators on 2nd and 3rd shifts. As an Extrusion Operator you will be helping with the very beginning of the cable making process. Extrusion is melting down product and overlaying it on copper.

Shifts:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-12am, $23.00/hour

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00am-8:00am, $23.50/hour

Job Duties:
1.) Following computerized instructions accurately set up, operate, and troubleshoot individual conductor extrusion process.
2.) Follow production schedules.
3.) Follow processes and correct errors to eliminate scrap and down time.
4.) Inspect product according to current Standard operating procedures and/or Control plan.
5.) Problem solve production issues as products are set up and ran to ensure customer requirements are met.
6.) Accurately charge times to jobs.
7.) Utilize correct raw materials ordered from Material Handler as needed for your assigned process.
8.) Perform preventative maintenance.
9.) Material movement via hand truck.

Requirements:

1.) High School Diploma/GED.

2.) Ability to walk and stand for duration of 8 hour shift.

3.) 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
