Job Description

3L Logistics Inc., in Ottumwa, IA, is looking for delivery drivers to join our 100+ person strong team. We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, based out of Ottumwa with multiple locations including Waterloo, Rockford, St. Louis and Columbia. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable and hard-working. All drivers work 4-5 days per week with Saturdays being required for all new hires.

Benefits

• 1 week paid vacation upon completion of a 90 day probationary period.
• 2 paid personal days upon completion of a 90 day probationary period.

• Starting pay of $18.50 / hr.
• A clear pathway to earn up to $20 / hr. within your first year.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a delivery vehicle to deliver goods to customers.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles ranging from a Transit van up to a P1200.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle in inclement weather including snow, rain, hail, etc.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout city and rural areas while adhering to a time schedule.
• Load and unload goods to be delivered.
• Complete logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21+.
• Safe driving record
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a state and federal background check.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug test.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Med Card.
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
