This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. PAID TRAINING included! Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.) Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction Developing options to solve unusual problems Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations Qualifications Mechanical and Electrical Mindset 1+ year experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or other manufacturers Strong computer knowledge a plus!
