Job Purpose
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for providing technical service and support for our customers in the field. We’ll equip you with the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and repair multi-function printers and scanners, conduct preventive maintenance, and deliver top-notch customer service. Performance Review
Performance will be reviewed on a periodic basis. An annual performance review will occur discussing historical performance and future planning and strategy.
