Job Title: Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable
Status: Part Time - Weekends
Responsibilities:
Cash Receipts -
· Distribute and collect cash boxes for all sales locations.
· Reconcile all cash and credit card transactions; prepare daily cash register summary, daily summary, and deposit tickets.
· Maintain, disburse, and account for petty cash.
Accounts Payable -
· Receive invoices and distribute for approval.
· Assist staff with applying proper expense account codes.
· Reconcile vendor house charge accounts monthly.
· Reconcile company credit card accounts monthly.
· Match invoices with packing slips or other supporting documents as needed.
· Enter invoices in accounting system.
· Print checks selected for payment, attach remittance information and mail.
· Maintain complete vendor files.
· Collect and maintain W-9 information for vendors.
Other Duties as assigned, particularly -
· Maintain records of attendance counts and other relevant statistics and data.
· Additional filing from other staff within the department
· Keep cash office clean and in order.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· High School diploma required.
· Working knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
· Knowledge of Office 365.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Exceptional team player with a positive outlook.
· Proven organizational skills and strong attention to details.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Schedule – Saturday and Sunday 9am – 5pm
